Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The only request made by the petitioner is for restoring his name in the revenue records based on his representation dated 01.08.2022. The second respondent is directed to consider the petition mentioned representation and pass order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or the other. This writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
