When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in the matter.

2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
