ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to direct the first respondent and their subordinates not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and to follow the due process of law. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that there is no such harassment made by the respondent police.
