The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent to give necessary police protection, on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 25.06.2015. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that already two cases have been filed against each party and the proceedings under Section 144 Cr.P.C has already been contemplated.
