ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 18.01.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that on 15.01.2018, the proposed accused demanded donation from the petitioner for conducting cultural programme and for which the petitioner refused and aggrieved by the same, the proposed accused used filthy language and also pelted stones towards the petitioner and her house of the petitioner and caused injuries and damaged to the house of the petitioner and hence the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 18.01.2018, but, so far no action has been taken.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the enquiry is still pending.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the enquiry and if the enquiry reveals any cognizable offence, then he has to register a case and proceed further in accordance with law.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
