ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the second respondent to file a final report in Crime No.1268 of 2017, within the time that may be fixed by this Court.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the second respondent has registered a case on 20.11.2017 in Crime No.1268 of 2017, under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 506(ii) and 109 of I.P.C., r/w 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(2)(v)(a) of SC/ST (POA) Act, 2015 and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Charging Exorbitant Interest Act, 2003, but, so far a final report has not been filed. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and he seeks three months time for filing a final report.

4.Considering the aforesaid submissions, the second respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report, within a period of three months from this date. 5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
