ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry in civil dispute.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) for respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that petition enquiry is pending. 4.In view of the same, the second respondent police is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. In the meanwhile, the respondents shall not harass the petitioner.
