Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.T.LENIN KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.CHANDRASEKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.22875 of 2018 on 27.12.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition regularly till date.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.No.22875 of 2018 on 27.12.2018. is relaxed. However, the petitioners shall be available, as and when required by the respondent.
