This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to act upon the petitioner's representation, dated 22.07.2021.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.
3. It is seen that the entire allegation averred in the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition by the petitioner relates to the family dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent. 4. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Family Court, if she is so advised in the manner known to law. No costs.
