The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that he has inadvertently did not add the Jurisdictional Police, City Crime Branch, Madurai and hence he requests to grant permission, to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition.

2.Recording the aforesaid submissions, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with a liberty to file a fresh petition.
