[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] The petitioner has come forward with this habeas corpus petition seeking direction to the respondents 1 to 3 to produce his wife, namely, Chandraleka, aged about 26 years before this Court and set her at liberty.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that the detenue was secured by the respondent police and her custody has been handed over to the petitioner.
