Respondents PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to follow the dictum of Lalitha Kumari Case in regard of conducting preliminary enquiry to register the case against the proposed accused persons of petitioner's husband, namely, Ashick Aneesh, her sister-in-law, namely, Jameelath Aneesha, her father-in-law, namely, Jawahar Hussain and her mother-in-law, namely, Rashitha by considering the petitioner's complaint lodged against them before the second respondent, dated on 16.11.2021.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner has given a complaint before the second respondent. The second respondent seeks four weeks to conclude the enquiry.
