ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.199 of 2020 dated 11.10.2020 pending on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that in this case investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur and the same was taken on file in C.C. No. 333 of 2022 and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

3. In view of the said submission of Government Advocate(Crl.side), the Criminal Original Petition stands closed with liberty to challenge the final report if any thing is adverse as against the petitioner.
