ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the third respondent to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members on the basis of the representation given by the petitioner on 10.01.2023.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3. Even according the petitioner, the fourth respondent is attempting to grab the property owned by the petitioner. 2/4

4. Admittedly, the petitioner is not having any enforceable decree or order from the jurisdictional civil Court and as such, the granting of police protection does not arise at all. As of now, leaving open the petitioner's rights and remedies, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
