Contemnors/Respondents (The second respondent is suo motu impleaded as per Court order dated 20.02.2020 in Cont P(MD) No.167 of 2020) PRAYER: Contempt petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the contemnors/respondents for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD) No.2483 of 2015 dated 12.12.2018.

Prayer in WP(MD). 2483/ 2015 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other order or directinos in the nature of a writ directing the first and third respondents i.e. the Principal Secretary to Government, Revenue Department, Chennai and the District Colletor, Karur to send revised pension proposals to the Accountant General, Chennai calculating half of the services put in by the petitioner as Karnam within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Honourable Court.
