ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 09.01.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent, the petitioner was summoned and he had appeared once and thereafter he has not turned up.

3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to appear before the second respondent.

4. Recording the submissions made on either sides, the second respondent is directed to issue a fresh summons to the petitioner and on receipt of the summons, the petitioner is directed to appear before the 2/4

second respondent and thereafter, the second respondent is directed to proceed in accordance with law.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
