Contemnor PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, 1971, to punish the respondents herein for their deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 23.09.2019 passed in W.P.(MD)No.19604 of 2019, which is amounting to contempt of Court.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus Directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents herein to implement the order of the 3rd respondent herein in Sa.Mu.No.Jo1/019/2014 Dated 05.01.2018 and 05.07.2019 and release the entire retirement benefits to the petitioner within a stipulated time.

This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents/Contemnors for their wilful disobedience of the order of this Court, dated 23.09.2019 passed in W.P.(MD)No.19604 of 2019. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Counsel appearing for the second respondent jointly would submit that for compliance https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.(MD).No.101 of 2020 of the order of this Court dated 23.09.2019, the second respondent has passed order on 25.01.2021. In this regard, the learned Counsel for the second respondent has produced a copy of the proceedings of the second respondent in Rc.No.J1/019/2019, dated 25.01.2021. 3.Recording the order of the second respondent, dated 25.01.2021 as well as the submissions made on either side, this contempt petition stands closed.
