(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) By consent of both sides, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the 2nd respondent, notice to the 2nd respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a mandamus directing the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.11.2024 within a time frame.

4. The representation seeking for action against the 2nd respondent cannot be considered by this Court and the appropriate forum would be the Courts of law in the State of Telangana. Apart from this, when the petitioner is seeking action against the 2nd respondent, who is enrolled with the Telangana Bar Council, the Telangana Bar Council has not been arrayed as a party respondent and the writ petition cannot be entertained on the ground of non joinder of necessary party also. 2/4
