PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Sec.439 (i) (b) of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To modify the condition in Crl OP(MD)No.7173 of 2019 dated 15.05.2019 directing the petitioners appearance before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai to produce sureties instead of Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar with sufficient time. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition in Crl OP(MD)No.7173 of 2019 dated 15.05.2019 directing the petitioners appearance before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai to produce sureties instead of Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar with sufficient time.

2. This court, while granting bail to the petitioner, imposed a condition that the petitioner is order to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Viruthunagar District on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate. The condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.7173 of 2019 dated 15.05.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance, within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Madurai District on condition that the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties for a like sum to the satisfaction of the said Magistrate. Time granted by this Court to execute the order shall stand further extended for a period of two weeks from the date on which the copy of the order is made ready as last chance.
