ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as accused No.2 in Crime No.319 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police was arrested and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294 (B), 323, 324, 427 and 307 IPC and hence, seeks bail. 2.According to the defacto complainant, while he tried to enter into the street of the residence of the accused Nos.1, 2, 3 and 4, all the accused have attacked him and caused injury in the hand and shoulder with aruval.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case and that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital. He would further submit that the anticipatory bail petitions filed by A1, A3 and A4 are coming for hearing before the Sessions Court.
4. The learned Government Advocate (crl. side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the injured has already been discharged from the hospital.
5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
