PETITION FOR RELAXATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To pass an order relaxing the bail application imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court made in Crl.M.P.No.3647 of 2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.3523 of 2019 dated 24.04.2019 forthwith. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL OP(MD) No.3523 of 2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.3647 of 2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.3523 of 2019 dated 24.04.2019 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that charge sheet has been filed before the concerned Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is

complying with the condition regularly and there is no complaint of the petitioner tampering with the witnesses, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.No.3647 of 2019 in Crl.OP(MD)No.3523 of 2019 dated 24.04.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every month until further orders.
