respondents to take appropriate action against Velammal School Tiruppuvanam and to direct the school authority to refund the fees collected by them from the petitioner for his children Yuvarani and Rubin Dasan and also to direct them to reimburse him the medical expenditure of Rs.8 lakhs with compensation of Rs.2 lakhs towards the grievous injury sustained by his daughter Yuvarani, by disposing his representation dated 28.04.2011.

ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though he reported no instructions on earlier occasion. After verification, he submits that the petitioner had passed away and the legal heirs of the petitioner have not evinced interest in prosecuting the writ petition.

2.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to restore the writ petition, if they are so advised. No costs.
