ORDER
The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though he reported no instructions on earlier occasion. After verification, he submits that the petitioner had passed away and the legal heirs of the petitioner have not evinced interest in prosecuting the writ petition.
2.Recording the same, this Writ Petition is closed with liberty to the legal heirs of the petitioner to restore the writ petition, if they are so advised. No costs.
