This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the fourth respondent to take necessary action by considering the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2025 within stipulated time limit as may be fixed by this Court.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that, in the present case, the fourth respondent has issued a show cause notice to the petitioner, to which the petitioner has already submitted his objections. He would further submit that the present writ petition has been filed only seeking disposal of the said objections.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 would submit that since the show cause notice has been issued and the objections thereto have been received, the fourth 2/4
respondent will pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. The said submission is recorded.
