COMMON PRAYER: Writ Petitions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the 4th respondent in his proceedings in e.f.vz; .1261/m1/2012, dated --.11.2012 and quash the same and subsequently directing the 4th respondent to place the petitioners in promotional panel, as Record Clerk, from the date of their initial appointments with all the notional monetary benefits, by considering their representations, dated 22.10.2012.

For Petitioners : Mr.A.Raja (in all WPs) For Respondents : Ms.S.Srimathy (in all Wps) Spl.Govt.Pleader COMMON ORDER The Writ Petitions are filed challenging the order dated November, 2010 which is regarding promotional panel.

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that all the three Writ Petitioners were promoted and subsequently, they retired from the services.

3. This being the submission made by the learned Special Government Pleader, no further adjudication is required. However, if any other grievance exists for the writ petitioners, they are liberty to approach the Competent Authority, for the purpose of redressal of their grievances.

4. With these observations, all these Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
