ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner, to direct the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.292 of 2017.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent has registered a case on 18.07.2017, in Crime No.292 of 2017, under Sections 363, 323 and 379 I.P.C., but, so far a final report has not been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that the investigation is in progress and he seeks one month time for https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ filing a final report.

4.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the respondent is directed to expedite the investigation and file a final report, within a period of one month from this date.

5.With the aforesaid observations, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
