This Writ Petition is filed to quash the impugned order, dated 23.04.2013.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the third respondent has submitted that the enquiry was conducted and the petitioner attained superannuation in March 2020. After completion of the enquiry, the petitioner has also received all benefits that is applicable to him.

3. Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected 2/4
