The criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to transfer the investigation in Crime No.419 of 2017 on the file of the third respondent to some other agency like C.B.C.I.D.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) on instructions would submit that after investigation, the third respondent police has closed the complaint as "Mistake of Fact" and the final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate and referred charge sheet notice also served on the petitioner.
