Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.S.MATHAVAN for M/S.MATHURAM LAW ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22617 of 2018 on 21.12.2018.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly, and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly till date.
4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.22617 of 2018 on 21.12.2018 is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police monthly twice i.e., First and third Monday at 10.30 am.
