RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition to the Respondent Police Regarding stay at Tenkasi and report before the Tenkasi Town Police daily at 10.30 AM and 5.30 PM until further orders and shall not enter into jurisdictional limit of the Respondent Police. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.RAAMAKRISHINAN KA, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition to the respondent police regarding "Stay at Tenkasi and report before the Tenkasi Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m and 05.30 p.m. until further orders and shall not enter into jurisdictional limit of the respondent police until further orders in Crl.O.P(MD).No.77 of 2023, dated 04.01.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.77 of 2023, dated 04.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1077 of 2023 respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Saturday of English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
