Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.12.2025 and conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the Petitioner under monitoring of the 1st respondent within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

dated 13.12.2025 and conduct enquiry on the complaint lodged by the Petitioner under monitoring of the 1st respondent within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.12.2025 and pass orders in accordance to law after issuing notice to the petitioner and the respondents 3 and 4. The said exercise shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
