ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents from holding election between 02.05.2013 to 04.05.2013 of the church Council, on the ground that they are in violation of Section 15(3) of the Tamil Nadu Societies Registration Act, 1975.

2. A perusal of the affidavit and prayer indicates that the prayer has been sought for, to stop the election that was proposed to be conducted in May 2013. The said period has already expired. Hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the present writ petition.

3. The writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions stand closed. 27.09.2022 Index :
