2.CRP(MD)No.2865 of 2025 has been filed to set aside the fair and decreetal order dated 09.09.2025 passed in E.P.No.10 of 2024 in R.L.T.O.P.No.2 of 2023 on the file of Learned Principal District Munsif Court, Tirunelveli.

3.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner placed on record an undertaking affidavit filed by the petitioner seeking one year's time to vacate the property, as the petitioner is carrying on business in the said premises. 4.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that granting such long period would only hamper the reason for which order of eviction had been passed.

5.However, considering the fact that the petitioner is running a rice shop, this Court is inclined to grant time to vacate the premises. The petitioner shall vacate and hand over the premises on or before 31.05.2026. Till the said period, the order made in E.P.No.10 of 2024 shall be kept in abeyance. The petitioner shall also continue to pay the rent.

6.These Civil revision Petitions stand disposed of with the above direction. There shall be no order as to costs.
