ORDER

The Present Writ Petition has been filed challenging an order passed by the first respondent herein, under which, he has passed orders invoking Section 47-A of the Indian Stamp Act and fixed the deficit stamp duty.

2. According to the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents herein, the deficit stamp duty as fixed in the impugned order has already been paid by the writ petitioner and the document has also been released. The said fact is recorded. Hence, no further orders are called for in the present writ petition. The writ petition stands closed, with the above said observations. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
