This petition is filed to direct the first respondent to change the investigation of the second respondent in Crime No.56/2014 to the third respondent or any other independent investigating agency. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for in this petition become infructuous and nothing survives for adjudication in this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that the investigation is over and the charge sheet has also been filed on 05.03.2014 before the concerned Magistrate.
