ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru./Ms. R.Manickaraj, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru./Ms. M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate for the Respondents 1 and 2, this Court 1/3

made the following order:

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner on 07.10.2022 in Crl.A.(MD). No.623 of 2022.

2.By the above said order, this Court directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that investigation is almost over and the charge sheet is yet to be filed.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent once in fifteen days.
