This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to complete the investigation in respect of Crime No.214 of 2014, dated 03.07.2015 and to file a final report within a stipulated time.

2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that the respondent will file a final report within a period of two months.

3. In view of the same, the respondent is directed to complete the enquiry and file a final report on or before 30.09.2015.
