ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to call for the records pertaining to set aside the order of issuing notice to the respondents in the petition to condone the delay to the respondents in I.A.No.633 of 2018 in O.S.S.R.No.5561 of 2018(Unnumbered plaint) dated 28.11.2018 and pass an order directing the learned Subordinate Judge, Sivagangai, to take the plaint on file after condoning the delay.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that aggrieved over the long pendency of I.A.No.633 of 2018 which was filed by the petitioner to condone the delay of 298 days in making the representation, this Civil Revision Petition is filed.

3. Learned counsel for the respondent would submit that representation delay is a matter between the Court and the petitioner for which no notice is required to be sent to the opposite party.

4. However, notice was sent and the opposite party was also entered appearance. The matter is kept pending without any progress for 2/4

the past four years. There shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Sivagangai, to dispose of the petition within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With this direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
