Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MAHARAJA.M, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.17062 of 2022, dated 08.11.2022. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first Saturday of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
