Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned G.O.(g)No.27 Tourism, Culture and Religious (m.ep.2-2) Department dated 04.04.2013 and G.O.Ms.No.22 Tamil Development Religious and Information (m.ep.2-2) Department dated 17.01.2013 so far as serial No.3,4 and 5 namely C.Kumaradurai, Thiru.D.Thennarasu and R.Jegannathan, are concerned and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent No.1 and 2 to promote the petitioner as Joint Commissioner with effect from the date on which his junior was promoted i.e., 04.04.2013 and to pay the consequential arrears arising thereon to the petitioner and granting such other and further relief.
