RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.19397 of 2018 dated 30/10/2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.B.SANTHANAM RAJESH KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.CHANDRASEKAR, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19397 of 2018 dated 30.10.2018

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.19397 of 2018 dated 30.10.2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
