RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD). No.21469/2018 dated 17/12/2018 on the file of this Honourable Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.M.PANDIARAJAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.S.CHANDRASEKAR, Additional Public Prosecutor,for the respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD) No.21469 of 2018 dated 17.12.2018.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.21469 of 2018 dated 17.12.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD) No.21469 of 2018 dated 17.12.2018 is modified to the effect that the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
