This petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in S.T.C.No.491 of 2012 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondents would submit that S.T.C.No.491 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kuzhithurai has been ended in conviction on 16.02.2016 and hence, nothing survives in this petition.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
