Respondent PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to modify the condition imposed in Cr.M.P.No.4378 of 2015 dated 20.07.2015 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tirunelveli to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.V, Tirunelveli daily at 10.00 a.m. instead of appearing before the Pettai Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m. and to accept the name of the petitioner as Annadurai instead of Anthony @ Annadurai.
