PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Sec.439(1)b of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD) No.7273 of 2019 dated 29.05.2019.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD)No.7273 of 2019 dated 29.05.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court by an order dated 29.05.2019 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7273 of 2019 granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m, until further orders. Hence he prays to modify the said condition.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, the condition imposed by this Court in in Crl.O.P(MD) No.7273 of 2019 dated 29.05.2019 to appear before the respondent police daily at https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

10.00 a.m until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 09.00 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions in the said order shall remain intact.
