ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the dispute between both the parties have been settled before the Mediation Centre. 2.The Mediation report dated 15.12.2014 shows that the dispute between the parties have been settled.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the de-facto complainant has not come forward to obtain a consent divorce in H.M.O.P.No.65 of 2011 as per the settlement. 4.Hence, interim anticipatory bail already granted by this Court on 01.08.2014 is made absolute and it is open to the petitioners to approach the concerned Court along with the report of the Mediation to seek their relief.

5.In view of the settlement, the respondent shall close the case.
