ORDER

Seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, the petitioner has come up with this petition.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, would submit that the enquiry is pending and the petitioner is merely called for enquiry.

3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meanwhile the petitioner shall not be harassed.

4.This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
