ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by an aided school challenging an order passed by the fourth respondent herein, under which the permission sought for by the school for appointing a Secondary Grade Teacher with an exemption of Teacher Eligibility Test.
2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, subsequent to the impugned order, fresh orders have been passed permitting the school management to appoint teacher with TET qualification. Pursuant 2/4
to the said orders, TET qualified teachers were appointed. Hence, nothing survives to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. The said fact is recorded.
3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. 15.07.2022 gbg Index :
