ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The Memo dated 08.07.2019 filed by the petitioner is hereby recorded and the Registry shall carry out the amendment. 2.The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.9121 of 2016, dated 15/06/2017, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that since he is unable to furnish his sureties and hence he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court.
