PETITION FOR TIME EXTENSION Under Sec.482 of Cr.P.C. PRAYER :- To extend the time to execute the sureties granted in Crl.OP (MD)No.21143 of 2018, dated 29.11.2018 on the file of this Honourable Court.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.21143 of 2018, dated 29/11/2018, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that since they are unable to furnish their sureties and hence they could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Court. Hence, he prays to grant further time to execute the sureties.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
