RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to surrender and execute a bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- each with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or to the police officer, to intends to arrest or to the satisfaction of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Kulithalai, Karur District as per the order passed by this Honourable Court in Crl.OP(MD)No.7581 of 2019 dated 29.05.2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.N.V.NAGENDRAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mrs.M.ANANTHA DEVI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- The petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.7581 of 2019, dated 29/05/2019, for producing the sureties and for executing the bail bond.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that since he is unable to furnish sureties he could not surrender before the concerned Magistrate and execute the bail bond within a stipulated time as ordered by this Court. 3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this petition is ordered and the time for executing the sureties is extended by one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order as a last chance.
